MIRO CONSULTING NAMED TO DELOITTE'S 2006 TECHNOLOGY FAST 500
Company Attributes 900% Growth to CIO Frustrations With Software Maintenance Fees

Fords, New Jersey (October 31, 2006)
Miro Consulting Inc. is one of the fastest growing companies in North America, according to Deloitte's 2006 Technology Fast 500, a ranking of the 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies in North America.

Miro Consulting helps companies analyze and negotiate enterprise software contracts - such as Oracle (NASDAQ: ORCL) agreements. It also provides software asset management services.

With a 900 percent growth from 2001 - 2005, Miro Consulting attributes its success, in part, to the frustrations CIOs face with software maintenance fees.

"On average, companies over-spend nearly 30 percent annually on their IT software and maintenance," said Scott Rosenberg, chief executive officer, Miro Consulting. "CIOs look forward to the paying software maintenance fees the same way children look forward to visiting the dentist. Our clients typically see a cost savings of 17 percent in the first year."

"To be successful in today's increasingly competitive landscape, companies have to be better, smarter, and more innovative than in the past, and the Technology Fast 500 companies are doing exactly that," said Tony Kern, deputy managing principal of Deloitte's Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry practice. "We applaud Miro Consulting for being among the fastest growing companies in North America."

In addition to Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, Miro ranked 15 on the N.J. Technology Fast 50, which is a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology firms in New Jersey.
