Michael Bergelson, President and Co-Founder, Audium

Before co-founding Audium, Mr. Bergelson was with First Manhattan Consulting Group where he advised clients including AT&T, Citibank, Bank of Montreal and BBVA on customer contact strategies, customer profitability and product development.

A frequent guest speaker at industry conferences and forums, Mr. Bergelson earned an engineering degree with honors from Cornell University.

New York City-based Audium launched its first VoiceXML application in January 2000 and has been recognized as a VoiceXML technology leader by multiple industry organizations. Recently, Audium joined the Cisco AVVID Partner Program as a Contact Center participant.

Robert B. Kinkade, Chief Financial Officer, Thomasville Home Furnishings

Mr. Kinkade is currently CFO of a privately owned furniture retailing, distribution and warehousing group utilizing the Thomasville brand name. Mr. Kinkade began his career with KPMG and served in the roles of CFO and VP Operations for companies in the computer design and networking, environmental engineering, and machinery manufacturing industries. Mr. Kinkade possesses over 26 years of diversified financial experience.

Mr. Kinkade earned a BS in Business Administration (Accounting major) degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Hartford. He was the recipient of the Financial Executives Institute (Hartford Chapter) award for accounting studies. He is a licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey.

Michael A. Warner, former Chief Executive Officer, Alliance Consulting

Joining Alliance Consulting in 1997, Mr. Warner shepherded its growth from a $12 million company focused on staff augmentation to a multifaceted solutions and professional services consultancy with revenues exceeding $90 million. This expansion ranked the firm among the top ten fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for two consecutive years.

Prior to Alliance, Mr. Warner spent 10 years at EMC Corporation, a world leader in information storage hardware, software, networks and services.


A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Warner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
