Michael is currently responsible for product management for Cisco's suite of customer care applications. Prior to its acquisition by Cisco, he was co-founder and CEO of Audium, the leading provider of automated voice service creation software. He was also co-founder and CEO of online advertising solutions provider Conducive Corporation.

Prior to this, Michael was a management consulting with First Manhattan Consulting Group, focused on customer profitability and contact strategies for major retail banks.

Baton in hand, Paul conducts the Pythian Group Symphony, keeping Pythian in tune and on tempo. Since 1997, has supervised the delivery of well over 100 person-years of DBA work.

Before launching The Pythian Group, Paul worked as an Oracle consultant bringing his vast expertise to various companies across North America. Paul has worked extensively on complex data environments and ERP implementations. He graduated from Ottawa University with a B. Comm. in Management of Information Systems in 1993.

Joining Alliance Consulting in 1997, Mr. Warner shepherded its growth from a $12 million company focused on staff augmentation to a multifaceted solutions and professional services consultancy with revenues exceeding $90 million. This expansion ranked the firm among the top ten fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for two consecutive years.

Prior to Alliance, Mr. Warner spent 10 years at EMC Corporation, a world leader in information storage hardware, software, networks and services.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Mr. Warner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
